Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hemlock Lodge had its highs and lows. The room was clean and recently updated with modern amenities, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the lack of appropriate maintenance, such as dim lighting and slow shower drainage, took away from the experience. I also faced some inconvenience with the limited dining options offered during the week. Overall, I enjoyed the serene atmosphere and would consider coming back, but I hope for improvements in the facility management.
The lodge had some attractive features like a beautiful view and clean rooms, but it also had several issues that made our stay frustrating. While we enjoyed the comfortable beds and found some staff to be pleasant, problems like rude service and a broken pool overshadowed our experience. Overall, it wasn't the getaway we hoped for, and I would hesitate to return.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The views from the room were stunning and the cleanliness was commendable, but the service left much to be desired, especially at check-in and during breakfast. The amenities, particularly the pool closure during our stay, were a big disappointment, considering it was a family trip. Overall, it had its highlights, but the lack of friendly service made it less enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at the lodge, with stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling window, a clean room, and comfortable mattresses. The breakfast options were decent, and the ambiance was peaceful, although some staff interactions could be improved for a better experience. Overall, a lovely place to enjoy nature but with some areas needing attention.
My stay at the lodge was quite enjoyable, featuring clean and updated rooms with a stunning view. The staff was amiable and accommodating, and the breakfast options were excellent for a continental spread. However, my experience with check-in was frustrating due to some miscommunication, and I'd hoped for clearer information regarding amenities like the pool. Overall, the location is beautiful, making it a great escape.
